Round-the-clock altcoin exchange

Exchange operations are carried out round the clock with the participation of an operator. You can get technical consultations from the operator daily from 8:00-20:00 GMT +3

Actions required to complete the exchange operation:

1. On the main page of the website, in the "Send" field, select the currency with which you would like to pay for your order. In the "Receive" field, select the currency you wish to receive and click on it.

2. In the "Send" field, enter the amount you want to exchange and click the "Exchange" button.

3. In the pop-up window, enter your email address and fill in the additional information required to complete the exchange. Click the "Process Exchange" button.

4. Verify the accuracy of the entered data and click "Confirm Request."

5. After submitting the request, you will receive the details to which you need to make the transfer. Copy the number of our wallet, go to your electronic wallet or exchange, and send the amount specified in the request to our electronic wallet, the number of which you copied.

Transaction number/package/ID is the hash of the transaction you have completed, which will be available to you after sending the altcoins.

At average load, our service processes most incoming/outgoing transactions within 5-15 minutes from the moment altcoins are received into our wallet, but there are situations where more time may be required.

The speed of sending/receiving altcoins does not always depend on the speed of our service, it also depends on the network load, as well as the speed of data processing of this network. The maximum processing time for problematic requests can take up to 14 business days.

If you provided the correct email address when placing the order, the system has sent you a link in the email. You can follow it and complete the altcoin exchange process.

Your request may have been rejected for the following reasons:

- The request is automatically rejected if we have not received the altcoin transfer;

 - You did not make the altcoin transfer;

 - You transferred a different amount of altcoins than the one specified in the request, as a result of which the automatic system did not register your payment, and      all funds for such an exchange will be automatically moved to the arbitration account;

 - You provided incorrect information in the request.

To resolve this issue, you need to undergo account authenticity verification and check your devices for viruses using special antivirus programs. After cleaning your device to remove the block and pass the account authenticity verification, follow these requirements:

1. Log in to your account and complete the registration procedure using the same email address you used during the previous exchange.

2. Repeat the exchange procedure for the same amount of altcoins that was indicated in the previous exchange request. Be sure to use the same recipient wallet in the electronic payment system that was specified in the previous exchange.

By completing these actions, your accounts will be linked to your account, and the account authenticity verification process will be completed. After completing the account linking procedure, two amounts will be credited to your wallet number, which was specified in both exchange requests - the amount you will receive during the repeat exchange and the amount currently held in the arbitration account.

Attention!!! Important information for individuals conducting exchange operations.

Recently, there have been increasing cases of viral wallet substitution during exchanges, resulting in funds being diverted to malicious wallets. In order to enhance the security of exchange operations, our service has implemented additional protection in the form of a buffer arbitration account.

If, during an exchange, you mistakenly provide an incomplete or invalid recipient wallet, the security system installed on our service will automatically transfer all funds involved in the exchange to the arbitration account.

The option to cancel the exchange by the operator is available within 5 minutes of the exchange operation. After this time period, only the client who conducted the exchange can return the funds from the arbitration account. Special instructions and recommendations from the developers of the automatic security system are provided for this purpose.

To initiate a refund from the arbitration account, follow the instructions that will be sent to your email after contacting our support service.

In the process of conducting an exchange, multiple parties are involved, which may lead to unforeseen situations where one party may be uncertain about the correctness of the decisions made by the opposite party. In such cases, all disputed matters are resolved in accordance with international legislation regulating this type of activity.

During the exchange process, both parties undertake certain obligations:

The exchange platform undertakes to take all measures to conduct a secure exchange and ensure that the exchange amount is received by the person conducting the exchange.

The person conducting the exchange undertakes to fulfill all requirements of the exchange platform, including additional requirements that may be imposed in case of the need to verify the authenticity of the data of the person conducting the exchange.

In accordance with regulatory acts aimed at combating and preventing illegal activities (such as fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, illegal trafficking of weapons and drugs), the exchange platform may, at any time, request the person conducting the exchange to provide the necessary documents, and also, upon first request, transfer the received information to the relevant authorities. In case of refusal to provide the required information, the funds for the exchange may be frozen until the above-mentioned information is obtained.

If your device has software installed that can block various types of content (such as ads, pop-ups, animations, etc.), we recommend that you disable such software. During data synchronization and authenticity verification, its use may cause a malfunction, resulting in the funds involved in the exchange being transferred to the arbitration account.
