If, during an exchange, you mistakenly provide an incomplete or invalid recipient wallet, the security system installed on our service will automatically transfer all funds involved in the exchange to the arbitration account.
The option to cancel the exchange by the operator is available within 5 minutes of the exchange operation. After this time period, only the client who conducted the exchange can return the funds from the arbitration account. Special instructions and recommendations from the developers of the automatic security system are provided for this purpose.
To initiate a refund from the arbitration account, follow the instructions that will be sent to your email after contacting our support service.
If your device has software installed that can block various types of content (such as ads, pop-ups, animations, etc.), we recommend that you disable such software. During data synchronization and authenticity verification, its use may cause a malfunction, resulting in the funds involved in the exchange being transferred to the arbitration account.
